Allan is a Senior Advisor in the Advisian Portfolio Management and Project Delivery team with over 32 years in management and governance. He has worked with a range of private and public sector organisations developing and implementing organisational transformation/change management programmes. In addition, he has delivered various technical projects within the oil and gas, chemical, electrical contracting, and Defence industries.
